He worked on strategic advisory assignments for assisting merger and acquisition and private equity transactions involving company and industry analysis etc., Drafting and vetting of legal documents including shareholders agreement, share purchase agreement, foreign collaboration/technical know how/joint venture agreement, and other commercial agreements/documents having implication of taxes, Building legal and financial models with the aim of making buy /sell recommendations, Handled various clients from US, Europe and India, Designing and implementing systems & procedures to suit a particular client requirement, ensuring compliance under various commercial laws, compliance management, Legal Due Diligence and Corporate laws.
